We avoid indian food products as much as possible since indian foods are grown with tons of pesticides chemicals etc so just use Australian local grown products, for rice use vietnam or thai rice instead for aata/ flour use local Grewal Aata and other Grewal produces. For Desi ghee melt local butter.

Lol, you don't have any idea. The interest rate on mortgage is way less than that of india. And again the mortgage ranges from 20yrs, and most indians will pay it before 20 years because we are master at saving money, plus no money for health care and schooling
