Nice Video guys , I pay 1200 for rent and 40 € for water charges. I think rents have gone up now. We took our place 4 months ago. And this was the cheapest we could find. One bedroom place !!

Thank you for the video. I am a student with a monthly scholarship of 1000 EUR if my wife lives with me in Genk, Belgium. How much would our total monthly costs be in Genk?

@@MurmuRaj4047 its fine… but think about expenses here.. rents in brussels and antwerp is atleast 500 or 600 then its electricity and gas and food expense…

I hope gas is need for only cooking? What if someone opts for a electric cooktop? It could save money. Correct me if I am wrong here
@TheAuthenticIndians2 жыл бұрын
Here in Belgium cooking mostly runs on electricity as Belgium has induction. Only very old houses and apartment has gas. gas is used for heating water for shower(which you need almost for whole year), taps/house heating(thats where major chunk is used)
@TheAuthenticIndians2 жыл бұрын
Also its not even about more usage.. for last year, we paid 50 euros per month. This year same usage as last year we are paying 400 euros per month because price for gas skyrocketed due to war

is the monthly salary of 2300 bad for Brussels? I am a software developer who received offer of 2300 Euro monthly. Please suggest should I accept and move to Brussels.
