Sehr hilfreich po... specially for us na papunta palang po Jan... kaso sa Bayern Ebersberg po kami.... Countryside... pero feeling ko naman same tax pmapplied parin po specially sa mga bills.. yung rental fee lang sa Wohnung magkaiba.... tama po ba ako. same lang sa bills sa cities sa countryside?

Hello. Yung sa Wohnung nga po iba. Kahit dito sa Berlin, snwerte lang po kami dyan. Pero yung iba inaabot po ng 1k Euros sa Wohnung. Depende sa location and size.. sa food po, depende rin. Like mas mahal po sa Munich kesa dito sa Berlin.

Hello po sir. Yung sa sample CV po, type niyo lang po sa google yung “German CV format”. Madami na po samples na lalabas. :) then sa websites po, namention po namin dun sa isang video “finding a job in germany” yung mga websites na inapplyan po. Hope that helps. :)

Mas mahal ba Germany standard of living compared to SG? SG based ako datin din. Can you also offer job tips when negotiating for salary? Are most job offers in Munich, Berlin etc. competitive enough to factor the cost of living and tax? Salamat Ladies

Cost of living, in our perspective, mas mahal sa SG in terms of rent, groceries, health care. Dito mahal rin naman rent, depende sa location, pero mas malaki ang space. Mas mura groceries, then health care is covered ng binabayaran mong insurance monthly.. sa salary, ninegotiate na at least macover yung salary requirements ng blue card since yun yung visa na initially niplan na applyan. You can check payscale and glassdoor rin po for avg salaries na pwede niyo pagbasehan. For us, naging important lang is maging almost same sa sg salary namin, since ang purpose ng paglipat namin is to experience living here. :) And yes, the salary is competitive enough to cover cost of living and tax, syempre depende po sa kanya kanyang lifestyle. But do know rin po na hindi uso magpabonus dito, unlike sa SG na malaki usually bonus. Kaya if money, sg po talaga. Pero if lifestyle, travel, new experience,benefits dito po. Hehe.

Halos kadamihan po sa IT opportunies nasa Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt and Dusseldorf.. pero pinaka madami sa Berlin.. About rental dipende po sa location and size ng unit..

My gosh, 100 euros each for food. I spend about 300 as one person largely because of where I shop and what I buy, I also eat out maybe once a month though. Edit: I also currently pay about 900 for a studio in F'shain but the space is half what you have and I am definitely overpaying compared to how much other people are paying (ie balcony and twice the space for around the similar rent!!). Is the rent warm rent or did the apartment include furniture, etc? I'm looking to move somewhere else

Hi! The rent that we mentioned is warm rent and it didn't include any furnitures (aside from the kitchen that we needed to pay to the previous tenant).. The price that you pay could also be due to the location. F'shain area is more expensive compared to our area (Westend) since the demand is higher there. 🙂 For the food, yes, we usually eat at home, so we don't spend much on it. But if we do, which is when there are occasions or visitors (pre-pandemic), then we get it from our personal budget, not from our grocery budget. 🙂

Yan din naisip ko. 🤣 groceries pa lang namin 300eur per person. Sana kaya namin yung 100eur per person na budget. Lol re your rent... I think mahal yan. But that highly depends on the age of the building, location, etc. Medyo pahirapan lang talaga kumuha ng murang apartment since maraming gusto makakuha ng mas mura na flat.

Hello po! Yung per person po na basic monthly expenses excluding tax and social security, 595.65 Euros (Nadine) and 613.24 Euros (Jessie). Ito po yung basic expenses since share kami sa lahat, magkaiba lang mobile data and transpo po namin. I suggest na icheck niyo po how much apartment/shared apartment sa city na pagttrabahuan niyo (nilagay po namin link sa description) para magkaroon ng malapit na estimate. Then yung tax and social security deductions, maeestimate niyo rin po sa link na nishare namin sa description. Good luck po sa job hunting! :)

Also, in terms of a place to stay, correct me if Im wrong pero diba, for example titira ako sa house ng parents ng girlfriend ko kasama yung girlfriend ko, need ko ng authorization letter from them and papayagan naman ako na ganun? @@hworks5111 if sila po ang owner ng house, as long as nafill up required form na nakaregister and nakatira ka sa kanila, wala naman pong problema yun. If sa Berlin rin po kayo, pwede niyo po icheck service.berlin.de para sa document requirements pag magregister kayo. Type niyo sa search po “Anmeldung”. :)

@@moviecinema3882 samin po, lahat ng nababawas samin per month is 36% ng gross salary namin.. so napupunta yun sa tax, social benefits (unemployment insurance, health insurance, nursing care, pension). Required po lahat ng yan basta nagwwork dito.. yung percentage ng nababawas is depende sa tax class niyo. Depende sa salary and sa status niyo po

Mura na daw sabi ni Nadine pero sa SG kasi ang binabayaran namin noon is 56,500 per month. So mura na siguro 🤣🤣 ung €100 1 month share ko na ung sa buong gastos namin sa bahay 😆 ganun kami katipid dito.
