Hey Meghana I really enjoyed your video. I will be moving to Malaysia by mid or end of February and am currently searching for a fully furnished studio or 1BHK. I am looking at Landmark Residence right now-do you think it's a good option? If you have any agent recommendations or suggestions, I’d really appreciate it. Also regarding taxes if someone’s salary is 11K RM how much would the take home salary be after deductions? Thank you so much

Hey Ashtam, I am glad you found it helpful:) I haven't seen the Landmark Residence in person so cannot comment on that. However, you can check - property guru and iproperty apps to get reviews and agent numbers etc. RM 11k monthly is a good salary. First 6 months generally tax deductions are a lil more ... after that it's not that much. So, it will be fine. Depends on how much you spend though... 😊

RM 6000 would be enough for family of 2? Wha ka income tax rate kya prega for 15000 base per month salary

As much as I know Rm 6000 will be a little less for 2 people. If you can find super cheap rental apartments still I feel it is less. In the video, I have added all the expenses, please calculate and check. But if tax deductions are from the same then it will be very difficult. For 15k,1st 6 Months the tax is flat 30% 4500 Next 6 months 0 tax And after this 1yr, there will be tax deductions of 12-14% ( this might change cz its declared every year by govt )

Moving to KL in March, what salary is tends to be good enough to live a good life there as well as save a bit for family in india. I am an IT engineer and moving there as onsite

Hi Abhilash, So, it depends... If you are coming here alone, you can choose to live in small condos or on sharing basis which is very popular here. That way you can save a lot of money. Anything above 8k (without taxes) is good...If you cook at home/ or eat at local places if will again save you a lot. So, saving totally depends on how you spend. for family of 2 or 3 then you obviously would want more to live a decent life with some savings is possible. Again depends on a lot of factors like how you choose to spend. Hope this helps...

Ek request tha kula lampur airport se petronous twin tower tak ka cab fare kitana hai. Second bus ka ticket airport par cash se le sakte hai kya.

Aapko Grab aap se RM 100 + hi hoga fare. Bus will be cheaper RM 15 hai KL Sentral tak uske aage metro se jaa sakte hai. Agar luggage hai toh grab will be better
