We spend three months a year on Hilton Head Island. It is our second home. We rent and try different houses. We especially enjoy taking the boat from Hilton Head Island to Savannah. He says that gas is less…it is amazingly and sadly much lower than Maine.
@PhilipRandolphREALTOR2 жыл бұрын
My wife and I both grew up going to Hilton Head for family vacations. Because of that we always go to HHI for the beach vs. Tybee Island. That video was done in May 2020 when gas was much cheaper. We are still cheaper than most of the country according to Triple A. Thanks for watching🌴

My, my how things have changed in Savannah in a year and a half. A small 1 br apt downtown would have been under $200,000 and now runs $240,000 plus. Gas is now $3.29 a gallon, Savannah is one of the highest places for gas in the state of Georgia

YES, things have changed in the last year and half. We are all feeling the pinch at the pumps but, we are much better off than those on the west coast and northeast are paying. Thanks for watching!

@@PhilipRandolphREALTOR I have about 20 years experience painting houses and doing historic restorations up here. Is there a lot of construction in the area? I would be open to a change though, the marine industry sounds interesting.

There always seems to be restorations going on downtown and in the historic district. Your experience would be a great asset to a company here in Savannah and/or your own business.

Looking to relocate to the area of richmond hill. Is there major flooding in that area. Plz advise?
@PhilipRandolphREALTOR4 жыл бұрын
We have a great resource to look at properties to determine which ones are more at RISK of flooding in the event of lots of rain or other storms (hurricanes). This would help us determine if flood insurance is REQUIRED or NOT from a mortgage company on a specific property for sale. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for watching!

That is a pretty broad question as it all depends on home you purchase and where you live. If you live in city limits of Savannah, you'll pay both county and city taxes. We can talk more specifics if you want. Thanks for watching 🌴

@PhilipRandolphREALTOR3 жыл бұрын
rentcafe.com suggest that the average rent for an apartment is around $1,200.00/month. Of course this will vary or differ based on where in Savannah you live. Downtown, the islands, south side, Pooler, etc. Thanks for watching 🌴
