For temporary resident, third party starts from $40, comprehensive from $100 per month. For PR, its $20-$30 difference(less) The premium depends upon a lot of factors like drivers age, car location etc.

At the EOD, its also a visa, so depends on the home affairs department and your documents. It can come in a week or may take few months.

Don’t worry you can start from 21$, which is minimum legal amount and can earn as much as you want as the limit of hours working on student visa is 40hours ( recently extended until june 2023). Sydney, Melbourne bhot uncertain hai in terms of PR. If your focus is PR and save a little bit money, then don’t come to metropolitan cities, Sydney, Melbourne,Brisbane
