I suspect that the agreement value is 1.38 Cr.. this might be high due to parking included.. but wandersane is a good at negotiation and a new trend is also there that seller pays the stamp duty and registration.. so perhaps thats included.. so net net flat cost could be close to 1.2 Cr.

​@@NP_JSN in kasarvadvali the prices cannot be more than 1.20cr it's outside all include may be 1.15cr and in herannandani estate the prices are 1.30 for 2 bhl check rosa oasis it's in middle of thane. Even building is old construction is of 2012

Can anyone guide ? Am looking for buyung a 2 bhk. The broker told me that all costs will be paid by the seller including brokerage . Agreement will be something like .…. 1.5Cr for a 2bhk in hiranandani meadows, resale.. Is this a good deal.. whats r benefits to buyer or seller if seller takes on every payment upon himself ? PS i got to know there is some stamp duty fee discount if selling within 3 years of purchase..this benefit is for seller, I guess Are there more angles to benefit the seller as to why he would inflate the prices by taking on all costs to himself? Like capital gains or attracting more buyers..

Thane mei rate itna mehenga nahi hai .. around 1.2 tak liya hoga.. mumbai mei 1 bhk milega itne mei.
