In general I wouldn't suggest any course as it really depends on multiple factors like an individual's interest, career plans, financial background and risk capacity. yes, you are right and umbrella companies should be an alternate option if it falls under Dutch labor act then this will ensure your job safety.. If not then you might be at risk without a project..
