Koi jaruri nahi h, construction ko band nahi karna chahiye. Soil filling ko dheere dheere karwao layers m, otherwise wait karne ka koi point nahi banta.

I would not suggest for central courtyard designs for 250 sq yard (2200 sq ft) house. Not either modern house design. If i had to choose for myself, i would have gone for contemporary minimalistic design. I am going to upload in a day or two. Whats the dimensions of your land?
