Working at one of the Bars onboard means having direct contact with our Guests, for whom we are always motivated to offer friendly and attentive service. Meet every need, be kind and helpful, and satisfy every Guest request. These are the main objectives of each position of the Bar. The Bar Department is also involved in organizing and managing cocktail parties, special events, and theme parties.
The Bar Waiter or Waitress offers Guests suggestions on their drink selections and is responsible for sales in the Lounges. In addition, they keep tables clean and sanitized, and ensure that all the tables are in order. He or she must promptly report any defects with tables or chairs to the Assistant Bar Manager or Bar Manager. During service, the Bar Waiter or Waitress responds to Guests with courtesy and helps the Guests to sit down, always remembering to serve ladies first. He or she must report any complaints to the Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager. The Bar Waiter or Waitress is always friendly and kind to our Guests and has good knowledge of the English language (at least A2).

What they really supposed to show is how crew members live on board of these cruise linee. Share a cabin as big as a closet, working 75-80 hours weekly for an average of 1500-1700$ and they are squeezed up to their limits with 5 hours of sleeping for day. They provide the food, riso chicken and beans , the minimum to keep you able to stand. These system is very corrupted to the bones and I hope one day this slavery will end for these poor people
