Great vlog as always. My favorite properties were. 1. The property that has a river that runs right through the middle of it, besides it has some fruit trees. 2. The other one was, property #6, fire pit, a huge pool + jacuzzi and an incredible view. Thanks for sharing your journey.

I'M SURE YOUR DAD & MOM already know, but BE CAREFUL buying real estate in Costa Rica ! We bought property in Playa Brasilito (between Playa Conchal & Playa Flamingo, Guanacaste Province). Turns out, a 3rd party person had a "claim" against the property - since he was mentioned in the deceased owner's will. To make a long story short, we were able to build our Kokomo Bar there ANYHOW, but had some difficulties when we sold it years later. ALWAYS have a GOOD real estate attorney investigate ANY property for "claims" - BEFORE your buy !
