Costa Rica: Turrialba and Guayabo Archeological Site

Our unconventional, minimalist, travel lifestyle has taken us to the tropical destination of Turrialba, Costa Rica! This town in the middle of the rainforest is the place we're calling home for the next two months. We've unpacked our backpacks and now we're checking out the local sites like the farmers' market, practicing our Spanish, and meeting amazing people. We also caught the bus to Guayabo Archeological Site. This is Costa Rica's most important archeological site and we took in the views and walked around the ruins of the 3000 year old monument.
Life in the tropics definitely different, but we're loving living in the jungle!
