I have owned the brine, the slack tide, half moon, and motu in a variety of lenses. I got a pair of Rincincito with glass lens and it’s the perfect fit for me personally. The frame is big enough to be square and cover but also lightweight even with the glass. I now own two pairs one blue glass lens one green glass in Rinconcito. Will wear daily and for fishing.

Been a Rayban fan since I can remember. Bought a pair of these last week and i can say that I’m done with Rayban. The lens clarity and polarization is out of this world.

I noticed you guys are super responsive to questions, so I'm hoping you see this. I have a pretty narrow face, and most all sunglasses look too big on me. I currently have Suncloud Ramblers and do like the fit but want something higher quality. It looks like the Rinconito's are still a little bit bigger, does Costa make any other smaller options?

Hey sorry for the delayed response! Compared to the Rambler the Rinconcito does have a smaller frame width. The Rambler has a frame width of 137 and the Rincocnito comes in at a 134. The Oakley Holbrook is ever so slightly small on me but I like the style of them and the lifestyle feel. Which costas might be a better fit? Rinconcito, half moon, slack tide, etc.? I know the half moon is a performance frame but there are some preformance frames that still really can fit into the lifestyle fit. Thanks

Hey Caleb! If the Oakley Holbrook is too small of a fit then I'd recommend checking out the Costa Slack Tide. The Half Moon and Rincocnito have very similar overall fit as the Holbrook. www.sportrx.com/costa-slack-tide.html

Hi, I talked to one of your reps in CA today and they helped me over the phone to decie making suggestions on which model may work best for me based on the MJ and RB models I have and now open to a new brand and style and the "What's in " in the 2019 lense color popularity.... what is the frame color and exact lense color show in theo rinconcito displayed on the counter.... sort of looks matte black frames with green or green mirror glass lenses? .. and the model video looks matte black/blue with green or green mirror glass lenses? Which of the two shown do you prefer Rob? Thanks buddy

Hey Kenneth! The Rinconcito shown on the counter is the Matte Tortoise with 580G Green mirror. Our preference would have to be the Matte Tortoise with 580G Green Mirror. Costa did a really nice job on the Tortoise finish and it pops well in the sun.

What width is eyeglass Tyler's face? I just bought the rinconcito and feel like I made the right choice but sometimes I think they may be too narrow. Temple to temple I measure around 5.3" or 135 mm.

Just purchased the rinconcitos, the frames seem to be a bit noisy (creaking at the hinges). Anybody experiencing this same issue and was it resolved. Never had this issue with Oakley’s

Hey Martin! The squeak is fairly common and not attributed to the quality of the frame/brand necessarily. A little oil applied to the hinges should fix that right up!

Does the polarization discolor phone displays while wearing them?

Yes they definitely do.

Correct, the polarized filter on lenses is the same as that on a phone so they cancel each other out and has the effect of darkenting/blackening out your screen when looking through said lens.
