Awesome. I saw it last year when they had just started to build it and was wondering how it would look like once finished ... and it's far beyond my expectations. This is definitely the most breathtaking deal in Junquillal ... also financially ... at least for me ... hahaha.

0.25% of the purchase price, plus *up to* another 0.25%, more or less, if you're in a luxury home like this one. So the final tax on this property after a $2.7m purchase is in the ~$15k range annually.
