I'm actually writing up a recipe post for the overnight oats, but it's basically equal parts oats to liquid (almond milk is what I use!) with a dash of cinnamon, a splash of vanilla extract, a tablespoon of chia seeds and a tablespoon of ground flaxseeds, then in the morning, I top with a squeeze of honey and berries! It's seriously soooo easy, my son has been finishing off my husbands sometimes when he's in a rush so now I'm gonna have to start making them for the kids too haha!
