We had a house fire 4 years ago and still smell smoke sometimes, even when nothing is there. Smells are 100% trauma reminders, don’t be surprised if it takes years to get through that part.

First of all, I love your Costco hauls. Hard to find good Canadian ones. Also, my kids are VERY picky eaters too and it feels so good to find someone else understanding that struggle instead of feeling judgement. For the makeup wipes, I recommend baby wipes. It’s all I use. I don’t like makeup wipes. My favourites are Parent’s Choice (Walmart brand) unscented sensitive wipes, and the rascal & friends unscented ones. I use the Parent’s choice one the most. So much cheaper too. Also those makeup eraser cloths are amazing. I bought some generic brand ones at Winners and they work amazing. Just need warm water.

I shop at Superstore all the time, & I don’t find their prices any worse than other places. We don’t have a Costco in our city, but we do an hour away. I find at Costco for what we need, things aren’t always cheaper. BTW, Costco gets some great dog beds in at times. Poor Jasper didn’t know where to go with his cookie lol!! We’re in Saskatchewan though, & our kids are gone from home. We just had them home, & my Mom over, for our Thanksgiving turkey feast on Sunday. We lost my Dad a couple months ago.
