I first added diced red onions, cilantro, and crushed garlic to oil for a few minutes then added the "rice" and soy sauce. I cracked an egg on top and stirred until it was all combined. It was delicious! 😋

My wife makes cauliflower rice from a whole cauliflower with a chopper she has. I saw this at Costco figuring it would save lots of time. It did and tastes great! You're right. We also give it a 10/10.

Nice!!!! Yes! It would take a long time to homemade the cauliflower rice~ also this flavor tastes awesome too! I’m glad you enjoy it!
@wendipaster20673 жыл бұрын
Love this. Often I add chopped onion to the pan first, then the "rice." Sometimes we add eggs, or cubed turkey or ham. You can thaw it first but it's more watery so make sure you cook it off. It only needs to heat for a couple of minutes. You don't have to love cauliflower to love this stuff. And it's very inexpensive!
@MsMinglifestyle3 жыл бұрын
Great tip! I think I will try adding ham next time!!

I banged the bag on the counter to break up the rice before cooking. I also added a tiny bit of soy sauce after it was cooked. I agree. It's delicious!

Good Review . I've Been Wondering About This Product. I've Seen It Several In Costco several Times. 😊
@catmansma11 ай бұрын
I had taken these out of box, to make room in freezer, and forgot how to cook. BUT, I will say they are good. Great to have on hand..yes individually wrapped is great! These are perfect to have on hand. Instead of rice as side, this is better. So thank you that you had this online!! Yes I did like and subscribed. I'll just mention thst Costco sells a product called Madras Lentils..organic, also wrapped individually and another meat for those who don't eat...it looks like Chilli to me..serve that on top of cauliflower stir fry and supper under 30 minutes..start to finish. Thanks again! I did not think I'd find this on-line. Oh...forgot...maybe yours is different, but I disagree with the serving size per amount. But, it's perfect by itself or with something with it. ( I always get the 5.00 rotisserie chicken while at Costco. I don't eat much meat, but that chicken I love even though probably not the healthiest thing to eat, but neither are the cookies I eat.😂)

Looks amazing, but what kind of oil is in the ingredients? That’s going to be the game changer? Ooh wow, I just looked up the ingredients, no oil except for sesame seed oil. Amazing! Defiantly need to renew my Costco card. ❤

I had time to go TODAY but unfortunately, the Costco I go to did not have it. They only had the plain riced cauliflower. They did have the bulgogi mandoo that they were out of last time though, so I at least scored that. Living here in Hawaii, we're used to getting some things late.
@MsMinglifestyle3 жыл бұрын
Oh no! But Hawaii is such a beautiful place to live!!! I think eventually they will have it in store there too. I think some subscribers recommended me some items available in bigger cities earlier, some of them then became available here, just later. The Mandu 🥟 is delicious!!

This stuff is seriously good, better than Trader Joe's version which was mushy for some reason. The Tattooed Chef version comes out more firm with the same cooking procedures. What you need to do is cook this stuff in a wok on high heat just to remove the water content, it will be firm once all the water evaporates. Sometimes I add water chestnuts, green onion, egg whites for more authenticity and also just a little bit of Sriracha since I love spicy food. I don't everdo it on the Sriracha tho, even though this cauliflower rice is healthier than actual rice, it does have a debatable sodium content. Still, it's really a great product, totally recommend it.
