Hi Jen, OMGGGGGG. You’re killin me with that creamy, cheesy Mac and cheese and the meatball sandwich. I’m a full blooded Italian girl so I grew up with lots of homemade meatballs, Italian sausage, and brasciole. That’s flank steak pounded and stuffed with fresh parsley, basil, onion, garlic, and fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Sautéed and cooks in the pot of sauce for 3-4 hours slowly. My mom was a fabulous cook. God rest her soul. We lost her to pancreatic cancer at the age of 90 in 2018. As many comments as you get, you still take the time to respond. Sooooo thoughtful. You guys are super awesome and soo sweet. Have a happy and safe Thanksgiving 🦃

Nice review. I am a recent Costco member. The Mac n Cheese was 8 - 10 portions to me. The sandwich was 3 portions, IMO. Both seem delicious. Many like Mac n Cheese with a crunchy top. Easy to do with this. Add your favorite topping before cooking. Favorite topping can be more cheese, Panko Bread Crumbs, Ritz Crackers, etc. Broil the last 5 minutes or so.

Costco has wonderful food. If you're concerned about cheese sticking to your foil, light cooking spray to the foil does the trick. Grating cheese, spray grater 1st 4 easy clean up Happy holidays

I never had the sub but their Mac & Cheese is to die for, I buy it often. I usually split the mac & cheese in half and bake one half and freeze the other - it is wayyy too much for 2 people and I don't want to be eating it all week. I may try the meatball sub now! And Jen, I'm with you, Ice Cream is always my go to, I always keep vanilla in the freezer - you should try the Kirkland vanilla ice cream - it is really rich with not a lot of air whipped into it, I think you'll love it but watch it's addicting!

Love this kind of video. What a great looking sandwich. You could add some breadcrumbs on top of the Mac and cheese. Will look even more homemade. Does the dessert come in glass or plastic cups. If glass you could use it for a juice or a drink after. Getting the dessert out seems hard.

Miller’s was an enjoyable buffet when my children (42, 37) were small. At that time, Good N Plenty was very popular but didn’t have a buffet all the time. Food was served family style and you were seated with strangers. My children did not want any part of that as stranger danger was a part of their lives as there was an attempt to abduct her at a local grocery store. So we were refunded just as soon as we were seated with strangers. The restaurant has closed.

I'm in Arkansas and our Sam's does shop and pay . You shop and scan food as you go then when you get to the cashiers you just pay on phone and go to the door they check your scan receipt on phone. It makes shopping so easy cause your loading cart in your bags as you go.

I picked up the Costco Thanksgiving dinner yesterday. Comes with turkey breast, mashed potatos, green beans, dressing, cranberry sauce, and gray for $40.00. I will be cooking the turkey breast on my pellet grill. This is the third year picking this up. Been great each year. Also got their pumpkin pie!!!!

Here’s the flank steak recipe. A little time consuming but totally worth it. First, take the flank and pound it out to b a little flat. Add salt, pepper, fresh Italian parsley and basil and thinly sliced onion and garlic and grated Parmesan cheese. Roll it up and use toothpicks or string to seal it. Sautee till browned on all sides then drop in the pot of gravy (or tomato sauce). Let cook for 3 to 4 hours on low to medium. She always added meatballs and Italian sausage and sometimes, spare ribs. That was all sautéed on the stove as well . She used to make homemade ravioli or gnocchi or fettuccine. I’m not that ambitious anymore. I use store bought. 😂😂😂😂

I have some tiny spoons and forks I got to use on charcuterie platters they would work great. I think I got them from Amazon. Have you tried the Costco Chili yet?
