I use squeeze pouches to sweeten oatmeal/steel cut oats when I make them for my dad. Also, makes for a great 'fruit sauce' for pancakes, instead of syrup (when I don't have blueberries for compote). With his dementia, he's a total sugaraholic. As long as there's NO ADDED SUGAR. It makes a great substitute!

On the honey please read the labels. Honey is stores is sugar syrup or honey from other countries that is pasturized . When its pasturized it loses its nutritional value.

If you're looking for quality supplements, none of the brands at costco sadly are worthwhile. For D3, specifically, the best form is sublingual. Which normally comes with k vitamin.
