COSTCO TRAVEL: 5 WAYS TO SAVE MONEY!

If you’re a price shopper forget it. I just discovered what costco travel was, entered in a 5 day vacation pack in Orlando for two adults and a child and it said close to $5K. I can go to Europe for that much just by shopping around. If cash is an issue but you dont want to shop around go costco. I think these packages are for people that pay $40K for a kitchen renovation and $30K for a bathroom.

Wife wanted to go to a beach. After looking at East Coast beaches we’ve been to, I found a package to a really nice beach resort that included airfare and transportation for about the same price as just booking a room outside of Costco travel. If you’re flexible about destination, you can really score.

When you click through the Costco travel site, you are in charge of entering in the dates for travel. I wish there was a way to see the different days of the week/month with prices. It takes so long to play the guessing game when you are deciding on which week to look at.

Felt so VIP in Italy with the Costco package. Not sure if I saved any money, but it was hassle free! Have booked a Gold package for August 2023 🎉

You also forgot to mention that as an executive member you’ll also receive 2% back in a rebate check that you’ll get 2 months prior from your membership expiration date. That’s on top of the cash card you receive from Costco.

Appears to be available only for cruises. From their FAQ: Group travel is available for cruise bookings only. A group cruise is defined as a minimum of four to 16 staterooms, depending on the cruise line and the length of the cruise. For more information, please see "Group FAQs." Group cruise reservations agents are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Pacific Time. Please call toll free 1-877-849-2730 (extension 1 for cruises) and ask to submit a cruise group request.
