I just received a sample of this. It's stunning, so I decided to check the reviews. Your reviews of less recognized and classic fragrances are quite reliable, so I was glad to find this review. Your mentioning Dior Homme Parfum and Bleu de Chanel Parfum (2 personal favorites) provides an insightful context for this release, so I am surprised that this is not better known.This and Boucheron Jaipur EDP are 2 of my most stunning recent designer discoveries, and your reviews of both are magnificent. Both are niche quality for less than $150 US dollars each (Jaipur for less than $40 in some places). Jaipur is now among my favorite designer fragrances. Thank-you for your contribution!

Loved this review AC! I loved how you described the different facets of the fragrance, very detailed, which is what I come to enjoy about your reviews. I especially liked how you described that woman who was vegetable shopping as "Proper" loved that term! If only we used that word here in the US to describe a "Hot" or "Fine" woman. This is indeed a gorgeous composition, I also really like 21, I do find them similar although 21 has a milky accord and a more floral element if i'm not mistaken (from memory), Homme is also very nice but screams a bit too much

These type of fragrances aren’t really my thing.. but damn there’s no denying this is one stunning fragrance. I actually prefer this to Interlude Man. To me this is the ultimate winter night out scent and yes the ladies love this one. Great review👍🏻

Another great review, mate! Now I've found it on eBay for 84 EUR, which is good, as this fragrance is not readily available, as you noted. I've just noticed I own quite a few Dominique Ropion, most of which are YSL fragrances, so I believe I'd have to try this now. Btw, I was about to note, that if you haven't tried Tuxedo yet, get a sample from perfume parlour, they have a 85-90% clone of it for cheap money. Waiting for the Synthetic Sandalwood video, lol, I've decided that Santal 33 is too heavy for my nose, and not to get a bottle. Have a great Saturday, Stoyan

Jorge, thanks buddy and this one is a fabulous amber fragrance but its not in the same family as Opium, that is a very complex fragrance and this is not. This is super sexy though !

Hi AC, i have watched this video when you first uploaded it a couple of days ago and I have been giving it some serious thought, i don't know whether you remember i love Amber fragrances but i prefer them on the sweet side, i do like spicy fragrances ie reflection man, i use to like spice bomb and such like, i love the discription of the frag you just featured so i am very tempted but i hate blind buying, particularly expensive ones, do you know where if at all i could get a sample, the problem is that you are soooo good with your discriptions and so passionate about the one's you really love it does tempt one to go and blind buy

AC, Soul is an amazing scent indeed! Owning a bottle myself, I'd say it's easily niche, though being a designer fragrance. I first learned of it's existence yrs ago through youtube frag reviewer rajur real deep kool. He was one of the first and few that raved about it and I believe even said it was blind buy worthy, which was rare for him to say.. Hahaha! To me, when wearing it, makes me think of frags like Guerlains Lidge vintage formulation. Great stuff! As I said in another vid buy you AC, you've great taste😉! Thanks for sharing! A2! P. S. @@tabrezkhan5909 I have never smelled grand soir. After using for some time. I think soul is a way superior perfume than the pulse of the night. Soul gives different vibes in different temperatures. Not a summer perfume though. Really enjoy this one. Worth a lot than 75 euros.

What a knowledgeable man you are! I've been dying to know what real ambergris smells like and thought this fragrance was quality enough to contain it and so was glad to see it as a listed note on Fragrantica. However, I thought it odd that Costume National themselves would explain that this fragrance "takes shape around an iconic ingredient: pure Amber.". If such an expensive ingredient as ambergris were used, surely they'd brag about it. Ambrein. I've never heard of it, only ambroxin. So interesting that ambergris is so complex that the chemists of perfumery have broken it down to components that are complex in and of themselves, like ambrien. I'm enjoying this fragrance immensely. Do you have any recommendations for any hidden, affordable gems that contain real ambergris?

i got an urgent request mate. cd u do a general vid on how much perfume to spray ?? ive been a fragrance user for yrs and yrs but i got to admit im still confused sumtimes abt how much shd i spray .. with some gud performers like bdc and dunhill icon i just hv to use 2 or 3 sprays to last a decent time and i keep getting constant whiffs of it throughout the day so no problem with those..but with some other lesser performers like chanel allure sport and terre hermes its another story- the 'constant whiff' thing doesnt happen and i end up spraying abt 10 by the end of day !!!!!! wich is perhaps too much. but i cant help it coz im compelled to assume its nt there anymore so instinctively i reapply more. now how do we deal with this correctly to make sure tat those around me r getting a whiff from me

Soul, i have come to the edge 4-5 times to buy it but all the times for some reason i went for something else, lol. Currently, i have got davidoff leather blend, issey mmiyake noir ambre, guerlain bois mysterieux, guerlain lhomme ideal edt, yuqawam rasasi and such leather centrics... Soul is not fully leather centric maybe, i have my radar on dyptique tamdao edp atm since i believe my wardrobe is missing sandalwood (woods) Soul, on the other hand, still is in my radar, maybe soon i will get it..
