Spending a quiet time, enjoying the little things at home. New Marimekko fall items, organizing my closet for fall, baking cinnamon rolls and made beef and pork stew for a hearty dinner.

Cinnamon Roll Recipe
-Warm ( 237ml milk for 30 seconds in microwave)
-In a bowl of stand mixer, combine warm milk, 2 tsps active dry yeast and 60 ml white sugar
- Let it sit until foamy
-Add 2 large ggs, 950 ml flour and 1 1/2 tsp salt to the bowl and mix on medium speed until sticky dough sís form
-Beat 6 tbps of butter ( room temperature ) , 2 tbsp at a time until the butter is incorporated
-Knead the dough for 10 minutes on medium speed
- Rise overnight or atleast 8 hours
-In the morning, roll the dough 12x 16 inches in size
-Spread the dough with 3 tbsp butter,
-Combine 3/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 tbsp ground cinnamon and 1/4 tsp salt
- Sprinkle the mixture over butter in an even layer
- Cut in total of 8 rolls ( I cut mine in 6 and it was huge piece ) :)
-Cover the rolls and let it rise for 30 to 90 minutes
-When the rolls look half risen, bake for 20-25 mins ( 350°F)
For the frosting
-Beat 4 ounces of cream cheese ( room temperature )and 4 tbsp unsalted butter until creamy
-Add 2 cups of powdered sugarand 1 tbsp of milk. Beat for 1 minute
-Add 1/ 2 tsp vanilla extract
- add a pinch of salt

I really like your videos because they demonstrate how great it is to have a peaceful and clean home that is so well looked after. And the way you prepare and serve food with so much love and beauty is just really so inspiring. The only thing I wouldn't do is to eat meat/animals and/or to dring alcohol, but otherwise you are a great excample in so many things you do. Helsinki is a very nice place to live. Lovely :) I decorated my hall table & stairs on Saturday, everywhere is looking so Autumny Inside now :D I had to lay some plastic carpet protector down in the hallway due to a lot of leaves & wet feet being brought in. All summer clothes, etc has been packed away & in the loft.
