Gayna nobody has a manual for life, or how to deal with a baby that seems constantly unhappy no matter what you do. My first son was the same, he cried for 9 months lol, by the end of it I was very nearly put off having another and on the verge of a breakdown, but at 10 months old he became the most interactive, bundle of loveliness that I could have ever wished for. Love both of your channels xxxx

I’m so happy you had such a marked turn around. The constant distress of a crying baby is really hard to bear. Even now, when I hear a baby crying hard I get sweaty and my heart pounds. X

Love the tee and I would never have seen any faults, it really suits you and I love your brown one to. Please make the Sofie in pink before doing the cardigan to test the colour on you. Looking forward to your Layfamily yarn retreat are you staying in the same lovely guest house. My eldest cried day and night and never slept, projectile vomiting the lot, so I feel for you, it would have been impossible to know Bills needs then.He is a lovely young man with a very clever mad granny, Wilf is growing up fast. I just returned from a weekend in Frederick Maryland at Magpie Fibers Co. and Tracie and Jodi, The Grocery Girls were there for 2 knit nights and they taught a sock workshop. It was such a a fun filled knitting event, every one was so happy and excited. I'm still flying high from being with them, the Magpie girls and knitting folks. If you ever come across the pond to the East Coast, that shop is a must see. It's just absolutely beautiful.

Hi Gayna, I love that tee and it looks so good on you! So sorry you haven't been well. I'm almost 4 weeks post COVID and the least little thing makes me so tired. I'm negative and don't feel sick anymore but have a lingering cough. Dodged the virus for 4 years, got 6 shots and it still got me😢. Hope you get your energy back, I'm trying to do so. Hello Helen! Thank you for such a lovely thoughtful message. My blouse is second hand like most of my clothes but it’s toast originally. I find my things on eBay or vinted; toast, Brora, fat face, white stuff, sea salt, M&S and H&M are all quite good for a ruffle blouse. You just need to know your size with each company. For example o can be an 8 with Brora and M&S and a 16 in H&M xxx

Gayna, have you tried any of the books published by Persephone Books? I think there are lots you might like. They specialise in books written in the twentieth century, especially early on. Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day was one of theirs. The only thing is I don't think they'll be audio books.
