It was a typically lovely video beginning with your magical misty walk with your gang of little friends. I love autumn with its sedate palette of colours. The ruins of the church are beautiful and walking through a graveyard is somehow comforting, thinking of lives gone by. I look forward to seeing the renovations. As always, your videos bring such joy and peace into my life. Always giving me a smile which unfortunately in these trying times can be a rare thing. With the nagging task to get prepared for winter with its cold and occasional power outages and regular loss of water and being snowed in for at least a week, it is a very important thing you do for your followers, providing us with a sense of calm and serenity amidst all our trials. This has got to be one of your most beautiful videos..My favorite was the beginning with flying over green fields cloaked in autumnal mist and clouds accompanied by hauntingly beautiful music. It was breath taking. I felt ss if we were truly being drawn into another realm. And the walk through the ancient forest was beyond magical and did not want it to end. While sipping the last of my morning coffee I have really enjoyed sharing a day in your life. After working while standing on my feet for the better part of 45 years the tendons in my feet have continued to be stressed and cause great pain, even after three surgeries. I love long walks, but sadly can't handle them any more. I am still mobile, but have to limit my time standing and walking. Thank you once again for taking me along on your beautiful walks. Restores my soul!

I also, having worked on my feet for decades, have pain in my feet and sometimes, thankfully rarely, walking is impossible. I feel for you. I want to share what has helped me lessen the pain. Sweet potatoes. Sounds odd, but it does work, I see it work in my mother as well to ease her arthritis pain and help her function normally... You dont have to just bake them... Sweet potato fries, or casseroles, or dehydrated and powdered and sprinkled on food, salads or even in warm water for tea or added to smoothies. I also powder them and with powdered ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon, put them in gel capsules and take daily. It has helped tremendously. It has helped my pets as well. God bless.
