Is it possible to set up an up line mix only so that would stop the model pitching up when the throttle applied.

Hello Harry I would like to know how can I make a mix so that I can to use the elevator lever to brake when I land, in Graupner I had a mix with the elevator and activated by the switch of the landing gear and I broke proportional, but I am new in Jeti and a little bit lost. Thanks a lot
