Hey Fei, just wanted to pop in to say to closely examine the ingredient labels on food as artificial sugars have so many names now and some are rather deceptive. They do not have to be listed as added sugars either. More and more negative information is coming out about some of those artificial sugars and their links to cancer and other nasty things. Be careful and be safe!

Hi Fei! If you're avoiding artificial sugar you should definitely try Keto diet :)) you basically include high amounts of fat, low to moderate amounts of protein, and very little carbohydrates. I've been doing keto for two weeks and lost 10 pounds and I'm still going strong, or trying to, BUT definitely research on it because keto isnt for everyone and it can be a bit difficult at first since you're avoiding carbs and sugar but you got this queen!
