For ~12 pieces (~650g):
- 220g of cottage cheese
- 80g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 100-150g of sugar
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- a pinch of salt, soda and vanilla
- 280-300g of flour
Bake in a well-preheated 180°C oven for ~ 15-20 minutes. The baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven.
