1 cup of cottage cheese ( I used lactose free)
1 cup of almond flour
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
2 spoons of melted coconut oil
1 spoon of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of syrup or honey
1/2 cup ( or more 😁) chocolate chips ( I used organic semi sweet)
Mix everything
Bake it for 15-20 min until slightly golden
