I’ve made this version of flat bread, I sprinkle in Everything But The Bagel Seasoning, I spread it to the sides of the baking sheet. After it cools, I use a pizza cutter to cut in four equal slices. I store in a baggie with parchment paper between each bread. It heats up nicely on a griddle with low heat. I cut it in half for sandwich, or tacos. Sometimes I eat it as a snack.

Looking forward to trying this bread! Had great results with the carb reducing capsules formula with a planned Bojangles Boberry southern biscuit (no icing) after eating 2 scrambled eggs. Waited 2 hours and checked my GKI---and it was a 1. Had fasted for the mid day experiment and drank only water. Took the capsules 15 minutes before eating. I have had no carbs at all for 6 months, so that was a very special moment. Hoping when there are future special occasions I can enjoy a planned treat.

@eatwhatukiii25323 ай бұрын
I believe he did that awhile back.
@GinaKayLandis3 ай бұрын
Refrigerated rice or pasta develop insulin resistant starch, so would be less likely to spike. Fresh cooked pasta or rice does not, so would contribute to a spike. The above is per his video some time ago, as well as Googling info on the subject. The minimum time for refrigeration to achieve insulin resistant starch is 3 hours. Also, freezing bread and thawing/toasting it also creates insulin resistant starch in the bread.

For example you are the whole wheat pasta and the chickpea pasta and the glycemic index was much lower for the chickpea pasta so the result would be that would be just a lower glycemic pasta in general correct please don’t think I’m stupid. I am trying to educate myself.
