The landing of lack of at the top if the stairs needs to be addressed. All the carpeting needs replaced or removed. Downstairs was fine. Backyard was small and doable.

Are those stairs up to code? Imagine have to use the loo at night, or having partied a bit to hard and having to go, anyone could break their neck under any of those or other circumstances.

Stepping out the front door also looks fraught with danger. The side walk is next to nonexistent.

OMG what a tiny house. Only room for a bar fridge which wouldn't even hold my cheese and wine. Smallest kitchen with no bench space. Killer stairs with an accident waiting to happen. Backyard is bigger than the house. In fact hubby's man cave is bigger and fitted out with bespoke cabinetry. This place is depressing 🇦🇺😢
