Enjoyed the cooking part so much! You’re one of those great KZbinrs that just gets STRAIGHT into it! 🙏 that’s what people what to see! No blabbing on for 10 minutes over stuff we don’t want to hear about! Thank you so much, please keep the home cooking ones coming (and the mukbangs after of course) 🥰🏴

Proper food; simple, basic is always a winner. I make it in little single serve pots in bulk and freeze it.

Oooohhhhh Yum. That looked pretty good. Glad to see the right amount of butter in the mash as well, when i watch the chefs on tv put a tiny bit in I dont know how they can call it mash. Great vlog Aitch, look forward to next one. 😉😊

You have to TASTE the butter in mash, I totally agree. You made me buy a beef joint btw - a roast dinner is coming in about 3 videos' time 😊

What kind of cheese did you use? I plan on saving this recipe and making it later in the year when it cools down in the fall. It looks amazing!
@aitch012 жыл бұрын
You can use any favourite cheese, but I used mature cheddar or ‘sharp cheddar’, as it’s called in the US

I actually never knew the difference between them and esp with the herbs....interesting! Can you tell the herbs apart?
@aitch012 жыл бұрын
Yeah rosemary's flavour is stronger tasting and distinct. Thyme for me is similar to bay leaves - very subtle and only 'noticeable' if it's not added to the dish, if you get me

I prefer shepherds pie, my daughter's prefer cottage pie. They don't like lamb so I have to buy the foil containers and do mine like that so we can all still enjoy the ones we like. I have to have lots of broccoli on the side for me. Love it xx

I prefer shepherds pie , but I don’t like mash so always slice my potato on the top . Everyone thinks I’m crazy 😜 it’s just the texture I don’t like . Your food looks delicious 🤤

It’s the texture for my kids too

Hello deary!!! I just really enjoy watching you cook, and what a great way to put the mash on top. I need to adopt that method. Your cottage pie looked delish. I don't eat lamb, never have, but when we make a "shepherd's pie", it's just like what you made, but we do peas and carrots, no wine. That's just boring I know lol. I made samosas a few weeks ago. I didn't make a video, cause well, I haven't been up for it, but we love samosas. Never had the bread you're referring to. Did you make majoos for your daughter? Some call it kapsa. I make it with chicken and rice. Reminds me a bit, of a curry. Anyway, great video, wish it was longer. I could watch your videos all day. Just love you, Aitch! Love and hugs and hello to the family from us. Have a wonderful weekend 💕 🇺🇸 🤗 🇬🇧 💕

Please make a samosa video, I love to see them made. I do the mash that way to ensure it's distributed as evenly as possible. One of the dishes I made my girl was called kabuli paluo or something like that, and the other was a recipe from her friend's mum, who's Afghan of course, can't remember the name of it tho X
@penguinandthechef73022 жыл бұрын
@@aitch01 Next time we have samosas, I'll make a video. I am really enjoying your cooking in the videos. The music has a great beat also 🎶. Do you have a video with your homemade bolognese recipe? I watched your "eating pasta for an hour" video last night and I was drooling. I've watched it a few times before, but had to watch it again lol
@aitch012 жыл бұрын
I'm not eating '5 slaps of butter'. The dish serves 8. There's no right or wrong amount of fat or calories added to any dish, it's always down to personal taste or preference
