Ive actually used this before as a two story house cafe/toy store! i think its really cool because it has shelfs built in and premade seats and stuff. if yall havent tried making a base here, its actually so fun! also "COTTAGE"

I use that plot to make food and valuable item store. Those big shelfs can be used for storage, those 2 chairs and table can be used as cafeteria and inside is base and the store
