yes they don’t like too much watering as their leaves are plump meaning they can store more water but need to main very slight moisture that’s were it gets confusing….I hope you get a new one soon ☺️

Hello Frank ! Very true indeed , I did my propagation of my C. Pendens a month ago ,, they are thriving and I left the mother on her ice cream basket . That's pretty awesome to know that they're pretty pest resistant. Melee bugs have never been like a huge issue for me because I know how to get rid of them now but spider mites are my absolute I hate them more than anything in the world. It seems like the spider mites prefer house plants more than succulents so that's a great thing

So when you're saying not to disturb the mother plant and try to separate from the mother plant, do you mean that you should never try to remove the mother plant from its pot and keep just trying to trim it back maybe so to not disturb the mother plant at all? I mean I guess for repotting I could do my little trick of taking a bigger size up of a pot and making an indent with my current pot and just taking the whole root ball over to the new pot without disturbing. Do you think something like that would work? I'm not really to that point yet because I just got my new cotyledon pendens today but this is stuff I'd love to know for the future. oh wow wishing you all the luck ….yes usually trimming should be the first option and propagate mostly for a back up …..repotting usually is rare thing with succulents unless something really goes wrong Regarding not distributing the mother plant roots ….this is just to be on the safer side …I usually don’t move these especially such hanging varieties ..I had a bad experience after repotting the healthy mother plant it just went into a mess and died ….I regret it to this day …..probably it went into shock post repotting and never recovered …it was Dasyphyllum Minor succulent… so to be on safer side it’s better to trim and keep back up ready lol however pendens are more hardy ….and should be ok to repot when it’s time

I would advice if it’s doing well and not stretching let it be in the same place 80 is still ok morning sun is perfect for them to get the colours is it’s stretching by chance? if not then let it stay there 😊🪴

Sir LG the pot that was vacated by Cotyledon Pendence why did you plant new echeverria 😮 is that alright? I have pot of ice green but it died so when it was vacated I plant another succulent however I sprinkle dithane on it would that kill any fungus? Will it protect my new planted succulents? When is it okey to use the old soil vacated by old succulents😅 thanks

What are your thoughts on the mirinae and Mendozae? I think they're graptopedalum or grape deveria I can't remember but I want to say graptopedalum. How would you suggest I water these guys? I live in upstate New York and it is winter right now but they seem to dry out fairly quickly but I want to make sure that I'm not going too long in between without watering.
