Ranbir make fun of Anushka's anxiety and Koel complains about last time she brought Anushka's medication and how she wasn't ok with it. Dude this woman. Kudos to Anushka for tolerating this so annoying woman of a host.

I don't know about Koel. Anushka certainly doesn't mind anything from Ranbir's end cause they're bestfriends and she does not mind it. And they have that equation so it's understandable between the two of them.
