Ask questions and chat with me live while I write music! / marcthesharc73 Not 100% accurate. One of my all-time favorite DCI shows. I spent ALL APRIL FOOLS DAY on this, and it's finally finished. I hope you enjoy.

Their selection of 4'33" by John Cage was truly a powerful rendition!

Taylor Fox One of the most clever choices in the history of drum corps. Thanks for watching!

That 3/4 section was the most beautiful thing I've ever heard the Couchmen play!

***** Beyond the shadow of a doubt. Absolutely incredible design and execution. Thanks for watching!

Not to be pushy or anything... BUT when can we expect Couchmen 2014? :)

***** I don't know, man... I'm currently on tour with the Couchmen 2015 so I'm busy enough as it is... those ice cream sandwiches won't eat themselves!

Wow. I was waiting for the music to start the whole video 😂You got me

Hey, I think you wrote that chord wrong at 0:44. The mello part is actually split in octaves, not fifths. Nice work otherwise, gerat show!

Beautiful. They deserved that 99.66

Grey Strike I personally think they were robbed. There's no way that their GE wasn't a perfect score.

Shit, that was good! I had goosebumps and tears in my eyes. Bravo!

Mel J. I have to say that most of that was probably due to the original show... it was tear-jerking, indeed. You should've seen it at World Championships! I did my best to capture the essence of that night... I'm glad that you enjoyed the video! Thank you!

Needs more cowbell.
@FreakoftheArts739 жыл бұрын
Keyo Wilson I agree! But they never actually had a cowbell that season. I believe the money they had in their budget that year was allocated to expanding their Easy Mac and Ice Cream Sandwich inventory.

Omg could you please make a score of the 1988 Madison scouts? I have been looking for a score for mello but have had no luck.

Can you do one on Bluecoats 2014?
@brandonmatulonis9 жыл бұрын
Arnie / Fezz I'm not as good as him, but I'm arranging Bluecoats 2014 (mostly brass, but I'll try some percussion) and I should have all of the brass done in the next two weeks (I'm on the closer, but busy with school and can't work on it very often)
@arniefuckinbrenn9 жыл бұрын
I'll sub to you just so i know when you will upload it
@FreakoftheArts739 жыл бұрын
Arnie / Fezz Love that show! Maybe one day, but it's not too likely in light of how busy I am these days. It's why I'm so selective with my transcriptions these days. But definitely check out Brandon's channel and see what he comes up with!

I actually finished the brass last night, and I'll upload the brass this weekend. I have no clue about percussion though; might not be done with that for a while.

how do you get so many views on your arrangements teach me your ways
@FreakoftheArts739 жыл бұрын
Greg N Honestly? Music is a loving and supporting community. Embrace it in every way, and you'll discover beauties far greater than views on your arrangements, but you'll also see an increase in views as well. Planning, hard work, attention to detail, and a little humor are all helpful as well :) it's important to note that all these things (except a sense of humor) take time. Enjoy the journey. Hope it helps!
