You can use wet cough syrup like chericoff ls or ascoril ls and tablet montair LC once daily at night for 5 days.... gargle with betadine gargle 2% twice daily by diluting it 5 ml in 1 glass of lukewarm water.....

sir i hv taken cofstop( suger free) for congestion in chest. I feel that shivering effect , raised heart beat . I thought it didn't suit me . Bt now after watching yr video i checked the ingredients or chemicals used ,it contain ambroxol , guaiphenesin, terbutaline and menthol. Namaskar sir, aapne detail me bahut achchha video banaya hai. isme aapne alag alag elements aur ye elements kya kam karte hai ye bahut achchhi tarike se bataya hai. ye video bahut informative laga. people apne tarike se cough syrup le sakte hai. muje jab bhi khansi hoti hai to vo 5 - 6 month tak jaari rahati hai. aur kisi davaai se thik nahi hoti. davaai se sirf kuchh ghanto tak ye kam ho jati hai. doctor ke paas jane se har baar TB ke lie jaanch karvata hai. par ye report bhi har baar normal hi hota hai. fir doctor adal badal kar davaai deta rahta hai. par sthaayi rup se koi faayada nahi hota. ye 5 6 month ke baad dhire dhire apne aap thik ho jata hai. iski vajah se main bahut pareshan rahta hun. kuchh saal pahale "Horizon Snokuff" naam ki tab milti thi jisse muje 20 - 25 days tak lene se thik ho jata tha. par vah tab ab 6 - 7 year se bandh ho gai hai. maine 2014 - 15 ke dauran kai chhote bade city me is daavai ki talas karvaai thi par kahi nahi mili. krupya aap muje iski similar davaai bata sakte hai? jab bhi muje khansi hoti hai to suru me ye sukhi khansi ke rup me hoti hai, par 5 - 7 days ke baad mucus vali khansi ban jati hai. par kai baar ye sukhi khansi or mucus vali khansi me badalti rahti hai. ye mausam par bhi depend karta hai. thand ki mausam me jab achanak vatavaran me thand kam ho jati hai to ye sukhi aur bahut tej khansi me badal jati hai. par jyadatar mucus vali khansi rahati hai. par isme bhi jyadatar 1 bund ya usse bhi kam mucus nikalti hai. aur baar baar inka ghanaapan badalta rahta hai. kai bar bahut jyada aur bahut ghana mucus nikalta hai to kai baar ye bilkul patla aur jara sa mucus nikaltaa hai. aur kai baar to ye itna ghanaa ho jata hai ki jor jor se khanse se bhi mucus baahar nikalta nahi hai aur saans ki nali me chipka rahta hai. aur kai bar ye bilkul aasani se nikal jata hai. inke ghanepan me parivartan hone ka samay kuchh ghanto se lekar jyadatar ek din tak ka hota hai. jab vatavaran me raat ko os girti hai tab bhi ye sukhi khansi ya bahut hi thoda or patla mucus vali khansi me badal jati hai. kai baar gale me jor jor se kaanten chubhne jaisa hota hai tab bahut joron ki khansi hoti hai or vomit tak ho jati hai. par vastav me gale me kuchh nahi hota. ek baar maine patanjali ki hunny, ginger etc vali cough syrup li thi tab bhi meri khansi do dino tak sukhi aur tej khansi me badal gai thi. vaise hi kachcha pyaaj khane me aa jata hai tab bhi aisa hi hota hai par ye ek se dedh din tak bahut badhi hui sukhi khansi rahti hai. par pakaya hua pyaj khane se aisa nahi hota. iske alava bhi kai chije khane se aisa hota hai. par inka samay kam ya jyada rhata hai. muje ye mucus saans ki nali me niche ke hisse me banta hai ya kai baar upar ke hisse me bhi banta hai. maine suna hai, bhastrika pranayam karne se khansi thik ho jati hai or fir kabhi nahi hoti. par me jab bhastrika pranayam karna suru karta hun to muje turant hi saans ki nali ke nichle dedh do inch hisse me bahut jyada mucus produce hona suru ho jata hai aur tej khansi suru ho jati hai. aur pranayam bandh karne ke thodi der ke baad ye kam hota hai. ek baat aur hai, jab se khansi ki suruat hoti hai tab se meri aavaz bhi bahut bhari ho jati hai aur ye bhi mahino tak bhari hi rahti hai. krupya aap muje koi davaai suggest kar sakte hai?

Aaj he main Ascoril LS liya sir, haath kaapne laga, main socha panic attack aaya.. Search kiya to dekha heart rate barhata hai LS.. fir aapka video me clear ho gaya k trimmer and heart rate barhega.. Waise ye syrup accha hai for cogh relief.. Breathing problem door hua aur cough v nikal raha hai.. Thanks alot.
