I think it will be completed fine. I'm much more worried about the upkeep the longevity. I could see this being riddled with downtime and high maintenance costs, maybe eventually abandoned or scraped if it's upkeep is too much burden or if there's an accident.

Even if the coaster experiences severe issues in the liability department, it's still a huge success to even try it. Without all the issues in the past INTAMIN wouldn't have become the powerhouse they are now. If you want new rides that are bordering the formerly impossible, you will have to accept the possibility of some challenges. Facing potential challenges head-on is a sign of strength and of a strong and bold company.

Intamin has already been one to take on designs that has never been done before. Some successful like Millennium Force(first to top 300 ft) and others only moderately successful (Top Thrill Dragster, first to top 400 ft, a hit among guests, a huge maintenance nightmare for Cedar point)
