With the corn planter still down for the count we decide to change gears and get the Kinze 3605 Demo planter up and planting some soybeans. I think this could be love at first seed. Thanks to Kinze Manufacturing for bringing down a planter to share with you guys!

Could use CaseIH Quadtrack pull Knize planter if you got 40ft option? I remember when we went from old 511 International seeder to 40ft airseeder what would take all day sow the field to couple of hours it definitely not just save time nor money but give better sowing n plant growth, less wear n tear too. Less hours on tractor too.

If you switch that planter to 30 inch corn does the front row of interplant lock up out of the ground and is it much of a job to only supply seed to the back units and not the front row?
@gregjames5070

Are the bean meters any different than what they had 10 or so years ago? I ran them on my Deere 7100 and liked how simple they were. Also you are using your AgLeader monitor, would it have a different monitor if you didn’t have the AgLeader?

Your video content has declined recently. More editing on the repairs would help. I personally like to see progress, not 15 minutes of how long it takes to fix this or that.
@iowANFarmer

Sorry you feel that way. They are spring vlogs so editing is reduced to get as many “vlogs” out as possible. Trying to cut editing down from 3-4 hours to 2 after 12-15 hour work days.

@iowANFarmer understood, I'm sure it's not easy to balance work and all the editing that you must do as well. Good luck with planting and have a safe season
