I've experienced the Christ consciousness on the end of October that year after my kundalini awakening and after 2 near death experiences on one day. I had it for about one week and Christ talked through me. The message was clear, on point, dominant and full of love. People couldn't even look in my eyes because it was so glittering. I've said that it's okay and they were able to look at my eyes after it. Since Satan and God was in the same heaven, I believe they are the same. I have discernment. Been a Christian all my life. I’m from NOLA, when I go deep in the quarters, a get an evil energy. When I go to certain Christian churches, I feel a similar energy and it took me to leave anything dealing with God and Satan along to get rid of that energy. I was a number 1 cheerleader for God and I felt nothing but evil presence in my house until I left it all alone. The big question is, was that even Satan in the Garden of Eden or is anything that oppose God is Satan. I was even considered Satan in this certain church all because I’m from NOLA and they accused me of doing voodoo. The whole Satan scare overwhelmed me so I left the entire thing alone and this is the best I ever felt in my entire life. Jesus taught me to judge a tree by its fruits. Meaning that if you really look (at a person) you should see the truth. I always wondered why Morgue looks the way he does. The problem, friend, is that you keep dwelling on the fields of conspiracies and judgement: this act is good, this act is evil. You look at every living creature, and you will see a blend. They serve not to really put us below these beings (regardless of their true existence of being just a fable), but actually to help us having a distinct point to which we can look at and try to maybe see ourselves in both these beings. When we see that we are reflected in everything that we usually judge, we have our eyes opened to the undeniable fact that we have shades of gray of all these beings (from all mythologies to all definitions of zodiac signs) engraved in the possibility of behaviors that we can choose to change into or start behaving like all of a sudden. We are granted 24/7 a chance to glimpse at how much we are just like what we condemn and keep going in circles like we are unconsciously contradicting our own belief systems and sale speech about how good and just we are, and yet we keep choosing to not realize that the greatest problem is the judgement itself alongside with our permanent decision of believing the oldest fairy tales of all times: that there is good and evil as a separate thing, in which you can choose to be only good; or even only evil. It takes transcending duality to awake from the eternal lesser (but fun for kids) game of pretending to be the policemen of the universe, or the superheroes of tomorrow (because, trust me, it’s not gonna happen today - AGAIN!!). Unless you find it amusing to dwell in a resting state of mind (that which you deny the true in order to believe you are something lesser than what you really are for the sake of playing a small role in a play), too tired to go beyond the fantastic characters only created for the enlightenment of those willing to learn about themselves (instead of zapping lightning on the head of Evil, Enemies & Family - a TM by Universal Joke and the Infinite Asshole), then, yeah, you are bound to believe that there is a petty god thirsty for virgin blood of a goat he could just do simply burn in a more pleasant Sunday barbecue instead, that is about to be defeated by an Angel of pure light and wisdom willing to save us from the Tyranny of a delinquent old spirit by giving him his time and attention instead of moving away to enjoy his own light and piece with true friends and family (unless binging at us eternally debating is actually more enjoyable than really cumming light and power on the vaginas of amazing galactic chicks over the sublime). To Christians it's the devil as an evil being, sometimes it's also the archetype of the enlightened rebel and for classical pagans it could be the Roman God of Venus. Maybe it's even the Greek primordial God Phanes who's name literally translates to "light bringer". To myself as an esotericist and Jungian it's sometimes a mix of all of these things. There's really no clear cut answer depending on who you ask. Personally though, I consider Lucifer to be my best friend and the energetic current I most often invoke. He's always lit my way when times have been dark and brought a ray of hope and illumination when I've needed it most.
