I haven't watched your videos lately and can tell that you are healing. It's like when you notice someone is losing weight after not seeing them for a bit. Keep vlogging and seek men who have been through your situation and hear their story. I think knowing that you will be OK in the long run will help you. I haven't experienced what you are going through but have had some break ups with women that rips your heart out. Imagine a wife lying to you the whole time cheating behind your back taking your children away. That stuff can make you mental! We have to be strong and not be impulsive. I can't believe how time has healed me from such anguish. It will happen for you too.

Get out of the house and do it mate, have some time away. Your mum is right , you deserve to enjoy a day or two with friends . The easy way is the wrong way, almost always. You will benefit immensely from spending time with some friends who are making a go of it, it will help keep your motivation. It will be hard to leave, so what, what’s the worse that can happen? You stop and cry a few times on the way? Doesn’t matter, you will benefit from the strength you gain pushing through. Living in thailand takes a little time to get use too, but your mom has a son and two grand children to keep her busy. Personally I would take shorter trips 2-3 days at first or 1-2 days and a few a month or more.

I lost my soulmate of 10yrs and I get the couple good days and then a couple bad days of breakdowns. It's rough losing your best friend. I think it would be good for you to get out. I tried to stay busy to help pass the time otherwise you just sit and think, cry, and stay sad If you go and you feel a breakdown coming on while you're out there you could go to the restroom and cry it out or go to your hotel and grieve. That's how I felt my grief. You just keep getting out of bed everyday and hang in there!

If you decide to go for a week or whatever you could always buy the foods your mom eats ahead of time and freeze them so she won't have to worry about going out so much. She can just take whatever food she wants out of the freezer and defreeze and heat it up.

I truly believe anyone if given the chance and time to adapt to the change of living in a different country it can absolutely be done. In saying that it is also dependent on your mum if she is happy being in Thai, be a different story if she wasn’t this is coming from a person that was born and raised in samoa for 16yrs moved to lived in nz for 9yrs and now currently in Australia and have been for 11yrs at first adapting to living in australia was hard but over two years after getting to know people and settling in really made a difference 😊

This vaccine is different from other vaccines in that it is only recommended for people who have already been infected with dengue virus. You might consider getting it, as you can get dengue again.
