The answer is to house them in detention centres until an immigration/court panel decides their outcome & whether they have legitimate means to be here. Whether the security checks all check out and what documentation they have. If not then they should be deported on the next available flight to their Country of residence/birth & banned from re-entering the UK for the next 10yrs!!
