My real name is Tad, but DonKawaii/Don was simply an IGN name I created playing FF14 online, so I kinda just rolled with it. Lol. You can call me either one. I am also a teacher, and I teach people dance. And normally, I teach my students dance through sharing my own choreography, giving people drills or exercises to build foundation and technique. and I've been dancing for 15 years mainly growing up through Hip Hop dance culture, but have also taken inspiration from other dance artforms such as ballet, jazz, and tap. And how I got into K-Pop was because the main three groups, Wonder Girls, Big Bang, and SNSD. That followed with other things hallyu like korean dramas, variety shows, and the rest is history.

I feel like what Seventeen really does well is be on theme with the song and motifs in the choreography. I love this choreo and MV they are so artistic and unique in the k-pop spectrum. This song doesn't really feel like a song being performed by a music group it feels like it's an art piece. I'm happy you got to see it and enjoyed it.

Finally~ you get to witness this masterpiece! Could this be any more artistic? Yes. Their live performances of Fallin' Flower were even more beautiful and aesthetically stunning. Them wearing royal-like satin attire and then there were a lot of aerial shots. It's just almost magical to see. Btw, the MV Production Team for this was the same team who did HIT, FEAR, Hoshi's SPIDER and the latest ROCK WITH YOU. Rigend Film has been creating wonderful works with SVT in since 2019. The two teams have been growing and improving each time and we just love their connection :)

Just realized I forgot to mention the credits. This was choreographed by the Hoshi/Choi Youngjun pair like usual + Yu Seunghyun. Pretty sure Yu Seunghyun is part of Team Same (Choi Youngjun's dance/choreography team) and he's one of the dancers who appear in Dino's "Hollywood Bleeding" Danceology.

Falling Flower is just pure Art. The MV is so beautiful, the sets, the lighting, the color scheme ! And the choreo finds so many ways to represent the life cycle of a flower : sprouting, growing and blossoming, being shaken by the elements (wind, rain), its petals falling and wilting, and then back to the beginning

the thing that I always in love with seventeen's choreo is, they always make sure the one that is singing is on the spotlight so people can actually see who's singing or who's part is in the moment and the one that is singing can easily be acknowledged and have their moment

Thanks for the reaction! This is one of my most favorite choreos from SVT. As you mentioned before, I like it when they are utilizing their members to seemingly paint a ‘scenery’ or ‘background’, like how Seungkwan seem to be walking through a field of dancing reeds at 13:00. Another example that I could think of is when Hoshi was walking while the other members were doing triple spinning jumps in “Home”-together with the emotion of the music, I felt like he was walking through a sea of shooting stars. Oh I was wondering how you would think of Chungha’s Stay Tonight! I think you might like it :)

Fyi, the choreo at the end with one hand discribe to petals fall. . That so amazing 🤧🤧 The choreo was making by Hoshi and tamzin choi. . They are the perfect choreografer. Tamzin choi always make choreo for seventeen since debut.

It rly helps understanding & appreciating everything they're doing even more Hope you have a great day, take care as always 💕 I have a lot of thoughts & feelings on this so I might be ranting here: the more I rewatch this, I feel like fallin flower rly might be one of my fav choreo by them (ofc I can't easily pick one tho). it just has a v special place in my heart, besides how amazing & breathtaking everything is, the choreo & lyrics rly be getting to me, like it all just stands out so vividly in my mind yk? esp when it was around this part 15:30 (2:28 in original vid) talking about flowers blooming/scatter, scars heal, sprouts emerge... v beautiful, fits the choreo rly well too, you can see during the dance practice that they use a lot of flower imagery w this song (technically this was like my 1st comeback w them too) around that part, hoshi & wonwoo are tgt, for me I kinda interpret it as their hands forming a sprout, hoshi moves his hand, the other members move too, making me feel like they're enveloping hoshi bcs they're the flower petals forming a bud, vernon's part ends, the flower grows bigger & stronger, then you see jun finally: resembling a flower blooming. it's just rly beautiful how they manage to visualize it & make it come to life. I never get bored of watching ppl's reactions/analysis to this choreo (I've watched elliot new village's vid so many times at some point in particular). This song never fails to get me emotional, like just thinking ab how they say *I am a flower* repeatedly... I am a flower, growing, dying, being reborn, healing & finally blooming Also the different variety of flowers that they manage to create with their formations & movements??
