Are you wearing a back support for pregnant women which takes the weight off of your pelvic muscles. I had to use one when I was about your size because I felt strained every time I got up to walk stand, etc. It will help a whole lot. You may have to stay off your feet as much as you can-if needed. Even though you may want to be outside, it may be too much for your body. I admit, I did not have contraction like symptoms. Praying for you and all is well in Jesus name! ❤🙏🏿❤️
