Against gragas I have a specific build, I have never lost against him using it, for the runes it would be: Grasp, Demolish, Second wind, Overgrowth, Celerity, Nimbus cloak or gathering storm (the one you like the most) and the items would be: Trinity, boots (the ones you prefer, I use the CDR ones) hullbreaker, PD, Dead man plate or Nature Force and Mortal reminder/ Lord Dominik. For the line phase I max the Q, then in the trades, I use the W and Q at the same time, he will only hit you with the E but thanks to the tenacity of your W and the silence of the Q, he won't be able to use his full combo, then you can splitpush the rest of the game.

Apparently, Shadowflame's passive makes true damage crit if the enemy is below 40% hp. Maybe it's time for some shadowflame garen ulti giga oneshots.

If you build Shojin(need to be full stacked) + The Collector, you can kill enemies even above 40% HP

Funny thing is that if you build shadowflames on Garen, and IE his ult crits for massive dmg.

Grasp q max garen is still my favorite build. Obviously not good in certain matchups, but still crazy damoooge

its kinda weak it was good when ingenious hunter was amazing cause youd just be an absolute unit with sundered sky stridebreaker and unending despair. i feel like going full tank with overlords and maybe steraks should be ok?
