Vivaland may provide the slight urge to test out multiplayer of life Sims. I personally open to multiplayer mode provided that it is optional and it is an invite only server. Vivaland thankfully provides that. Is it going to be any good? Time will tell.

I HOPE Vivaland has premade homes you can download. Renovating to my taste I can get down with but an empty lot…I never know where to start. I feel like, no shade, LBY’s cancellation is gonna help Vivaland. At this point people just want to escape Maxis/EA and the Sims Franchise and I have seen more people talk about/bring up Vivaland lately. I still think the game isn’t for me but I want it to find its audience and grow.

I'm glad to hear that multiplayer is only an option and that it's not a requirement. I played with the demo and liked the build features, but when I went back to build a second house, it wouldn't let me unless I started a different save. I wanted to make my own town.

I know that aesthetics are the number one requirement for basic sims players so I guess it's nice that it looks good but I give no damn about multiplayer. If it's couch co-op fine I can ignore that, but if this is MMO I'm out. Im also not hype for anything until I see that there is an attempt at rich game play. I'm only just now starting to warm up to Paralives and truly it's only because my guy was pulled from the race.

I heard about Vivaland last year. I’m not hating Vivaland but it’s feel empty, it’s missing their own signature. Like, Life By You, had realistic graphics, ideas and fandoms ideas for the game. Paralives has their own cartoonish graphics design and their own thought to the game, they are listening to their fandom and creating their own unique work for the game. Vivaland is missing that, when I look at their videos or others people videos, it’s feel like a copy of sims 4 without bugs or glitches. I was hyped for Life By You, and I’m hype for Paralives, but I’m not hyped for Vivaland. It’s just not my favourite, there is nothing unique. Maybe my opinion will change in the future, which I hope it will cuz the game does look decent

To be honest, Vivaland is the one life sim game on the horizon that hasn't really made an impression on me. Maybe it's because multiplayer isn't something that excites me that much, so having that as your main selling point is not that impressive to me personally. To me it just kind of feels like their mindset is "let's make The Sims 4 but add multiplayer". I'm having a hard time understanding what the games identity is beyond that. Also maybe it's an unfounded concern but my main worry with Vivaland is that since multiplayer is a big focus, they won't feel the need to make the actual gameplay deep. (because why have interesting ai and gameplay when the focus is on multiplayer?)
