@Diamondbull
@Diamondbull Жыл бұрын
5 plates is about 560-570 lbs. I squat 450 and leg press a little over 1000 lbs. Barkley squats ~650 lbs so he’s probably leg pressing around 1500+ lbs. I usually warm up around 550-600 lbs so I’d imagine he’s probably warming up around 700-800 lbs if the machine isn’t wonky. So 568 lbs probably doesn’t even qualify as his normal warm up, so this makes sense.
@bryan6434
@bryan6434 Жыл бұрын

Bro, can you get this message to Saquon! Saquon, do not sit out a year over the Giants reluctance to give you the BIG contract that you deserve. We all know that you are the backbone of that offense, however, if you sit out a year, your instincts on the field will get a little rusty. Your teammates ( some ) will feel like you've abandoned them, and some of the fan base will turn against you. Just look at what happened to Leveon Bell. He was never the same when he came back from sitting out a year at Pittsburgh. I say play your heart out, rack up your stats, get your team back into the playoffs and then seek you BIG payday on the open market the following year!
