Spam and corned beef are nothing alike aside from coming in a can, one is beef and the other is pork. Corned beef is kind of plain and crumbly whereas spam is a solid lump of fatty, slightly sweet ham. They're both edible but I suspect corned beef would be more bearable if you could eat nothing else for a month, spam is really rich whereas corned beef tastes just like minced beef.

Am i wrong to assume you guys basically just dumped KZbin for Twitch and just upload content already played during twitch while ignoring chat to make it seems like it's KZbin content? Twitch cause when you changed from Hat Films to Hat Gaming it must of tanked your views but surviving on twitch donor's is like begging and must not be a very stable income. you could still be getting 40k views on the vids on hat films ...but then i don't know in's and outs of KZbin but i do know 40k views is better than 4k views per Vid

40k views, assuming they don't get demonitised or partially-demonitised which most of their videos do, would give them between 150 and 350 quid. Assuming half their videos get demonitised, that works out to be between 75 quid and 175 per video. Split 3 ways that's 25-60 each for a video that they've put alot of time into. Meanwhile they can stream what they want on Twitch without the risk of being demonitised and easily bring in a few hundred each stream. I'm sure they'd like to be able to make some of the videos where they get to plan more stuff etc. but if they don't earn any money from it you can't expect them to

So much to comment on... Firstly, I think they barely made any money on KZbin for ages before the channel changes. It’s just a shitty platform. Even if not accounting for demonetisation, views are unpredictable. Besides twitch subs has got to be a hell of a lot more stable than views on videos. Where are you getting 4K views from though? The first few hours of when a video is uploaded? It takes more time than that for people to watch it... Also what are you talking about that it’s like begging on twitch?! They’re not asking for anything! Some of us just LIKE to show our appreciation whether that means keeping up a monthly sub, gifting subs to the community, or donating. As for the videos on Hat Gaming, they’re not pretending it’s not from twitch streams. Or even ignoring chat if it’s relevant. They’re just taking breaks to read out subs/donos to make it easier to cut out for KZbin videos because it makes for better content for the people who don’t have time for full streams or just like to watch the edited down content too. And no, they haven’t given up on KZbin, but a pandemic happened so they can’t make much irl content for the main channel. As far as I know the changes work for them aside from the unexpected need for social distancing. Personally I like the split between irl and gaming channels. It’s actually really easy to sub to both too.
