I love this song. The summer vibe has never been my thing in most K-pop but this one I just love. This song was IMO always a 180 from their usual sound but the vocals and music are just so good. The dance practice should be added to your reaction list. The dance is so good but you don’t see much of it in the MV. There is also a 2x version for something fun. Yunho at that time was the main dance center, and he often got a lot of lines because he is very stable live. They actually complained about their faces hurting because they had to smile so much during their comeback. The choreographers also had them practice facial expressions for all their songs to work on their stage character and performance. This song was their first show win. Their Kingdom version is very different from this (it’s only 90 seconds but is so different).

I agree. The dance practice is a must as is the Kingdom version which was their introductory song for the show. It was so cute to see the other performers reactions--BtoB's Changsub was so impressed, he didn't see how they could compete with ATEEZ (which was sweet because ATEEZ were so excited to hear BtoB sing live).

Oh, the Kingdom version is one of my favourite things Ateez has ever done!

It was filmed on Saipan, there's a making of on their channel if you wanted to see more! That whole era was super happy and bright but because Ateez are always so joyful it didn't feel like a mood whiplash. The whole Treasure series has a very consistent message and imagery, since they were establishing their concept, their values and their attitudes. Fever covers a wider spectrum (still consistent though - the upside of having the same creators working on the whole discography). If you'd like to see something super cute and fun from that era you should try Ateez Drop the Dance from the 2019 KCon, you won't be disappointed :)

I heard the chorus for this song first and it is sooo catchy. I tend to not like/care for very peppy/happy/summery songs. But this one is great! They won their first award during a music show. I watched the video of them winning and it's just the most precious thing. I didn't become a fan until... Fireworks (you're still kinda far... just a little) but rewatching the clip is quite heart warming. I regret that I didn't stan earlier. I'm pretty sure I saw their name on the kcon list for 2019 and I was like UGH ANOTHER NEW BOY GROUP and i didnt check them out! But anyways, I love the mv of this as well. I believe they filmed this in Saipan. Looks SOOO BEAUTIFUL. The mingi needs buttons comments XD Oh and when ateez is smiling, i also tend to smile along. And sometimes I dont realize, then i'm like why is my mouth sore... its because i've been smiling the whole time. They're sooo cute, despite how hard and dark they can go for some of their songs. Whoever translates their lyrics are great. Really good lyrics.
