Tiffany, as a child I used to be in charge of licking the S&H Green stamps and the Gold Bond stamps and pasting them in the books for my mom. It was always exciting to go redeem the books for goodies! 💖🌹💍💎

Hi! I recall a very similar sales promotion in England called Green Shield Stamps. It ran from 1958 until 1991. My mother and grandmother bought household items with the stamp filled books. 😀💞

I just love your swap meet! When I hear the words “Broadacres Market”, I know it’s going to be fun! And when you thrift with friends, it’s even better - Kari is always a favorite. She’s just such a good friend to everyone, always helping, and so funny besides! She was definitely on her mermaid vibe this day!! I love how you always enjoy your shopping, but the swap meet is so full of hidden treasures piled high, that you seem delighted with everything you see. It’s your super power! You found some fun things - my favorites were the magnificent frog and the sweet abalone S&P set and the pearls are so pretty. I’m not usually a big fan of marbles and can take them or leave them, but I found myself cheering you on to grab them. I know they’re probably not anything super valuable, but those are something the prettiest marbles I’ve seen! Then there are the ice pop molds…🧟‍♀️ The trampoline park looked like a blast! Jake is fearless going down the slide and Miley is impressive with her gimnastics moves - no matter how hard I tried, the ability to do cartwheels, handstands, round offs, walkovers, handsprings completely eluded me. But Miley just does them instinctively for the joy of it. I’m envious! Beautiful Bear! Going to sleep with his bone in his mouth for safekeeping! My guy tucks two under his head, crossed to make an X, for the world’s most uncomfortable pillow. And gorgeous Ziggy with his totally relaxed hanging arm! The only thing missing is Sweet Bandit. I miss him!🥰

Hi Tiffany! This was so much fun. I always enjoy when you girls get together and thrift. But may I give you some insight about the little 1911 Army medallion? The USMA, or the United States Military Academy, is located in West Point, New York. And the rabies tag is not for a horse, but for their mascot, the Army mule. (Notice the long ears?) Our army was very dependent on the mules to pull cannons and wagons of supplies back in the day. At the top it says “Beat Navy,” because their arch rivals especially at their iconic football game every fall, is the USNA (United States Naval Academy, in Annapolis, Maryland.). As for me, who comes from generations of Navy and Marine Corps, I say, Go Navy, Beat Army!! 😁⚓️

I recognized the mule but couldn't read what the tag said but was so curious since I saw a lot of the mules when I lived there. That's funny about Beat Army. Sounds so foreign. Tiffany Hi 👋 I have been watching for your Sunday video. I love going to Swap Meets. I went to Rummage Sales Friday and Saturday. I had so much fun. I spent $22 Friday(Got over a thousand New in packages cell phone cases/screen protectors and tablet cases and protectors even Apple watch protectors and bands. It was only $13. I've already sold $30 worth. My family will go through and get what they want. And I will set some back for our Christmas game we play and I will donate some after we have our yard sale. We are waiting for it to go back to 80s and 90s summer temps. It's been over 100 with crazy humidity. I spent $25 Saturday . I found a Kate Spade bag,coach purse,juicy couture purse n wallet and a Dooney n Burke crossover purse. And clothes with tags. I had so much fun. Glad to see you with Danni, Kari n Noah. The food looked delicious too. Happy Thrifting. Bear is so Adorable. Ziggy and Bandit are as well❤❤❤

Still hoping someone will look for vintage teapots and village pieces for me. But Tiffany i did want you to know I sold my first item on Poshmark. And I might have possibly sold my second one too. Plus possibly my first one one Mercari. None of them for high dollar amounts but I figure it’s a start. Although my husband still isn’t impressed because I still have to much of what he calls “junk” to get rid of. He said it’s not selling fast enough. I have until the end of August to get the “crap” gone one way or another.
