This is so typical of Mauritius, this tiny estuary is supposedly a protected area but freaking people are everywhere in it...ALONG WITH THEIR DOGS!!!And no one tries to divert the fishermen to to other areas to protect the site! This place would be perfect to replant mangroves and enlarge the protected area to plant endemic trees and shrubs but nothing of that sort looks to have happened. Such a waste of a national treasure!
